What is your late policy?
Clients have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you forfeit your deposit.
What is your cancelation/reschedule policies?
There is a deposit required for all services. If you give a notice, within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. If you do not give notice within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
